Terms of service

These terms govern this website and every CamReachLab engagement, from the free audit to a twelve-month platform package. Requesting an audit or accepting a quote means you accept them.

About us

CamReachLab is a trading brand of Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India. Every quote, contract and invoice carries our full registered details. Contact us through the contact form or on Telegram at @eseoagency.

Scope of our work

We provide technical SEO consulting for webcam platforms, cam studios and performers with their own sites. We do not operate a cam platform, host or produce content, manage performers or provide legal advice, including advice on age verification, record-keeping or how a business should be structured.

Who can hire us

Adults running lawful businesses only. You confirm that every performer on your platform or site is a verified adult who consented to appear, and that you keep the records the law requires where you operate, such as those under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 in the US. We may ask for confirmation before starting.

Free audit

The first audit costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is based on what is publicly visible and what you tell us, so it points to likely problems rather than proving them.

Packages, billing and notice

• Packages and prices in US dollars are listed on the pricing page; your written quote sets the package, rate, term and anything extra.
• No-term plans run month by month. Either of us can stop at the end of a billing month by telling the other before the next one begins.
• Fixed-term plans run for the full agreed period at the discounted rate. At the end, you choose to renew, switch to no-term, or finish.
• Changing to a different package is possible at any point; we confirm the new terms in writing first.
• Invoices are issued monthly in advance unless the quote says otherwise. Taxes that apply to you appear on the quote.

Our commitments, and what we cannot promise

We do the work in your quote carefully and competently, in line with search engines' published guidelines. We cannot promise rankings, traffic or revenue, because search engines and your competitors decide those. Be wary of anyone who does.

Your part

• Give us accurate information and the access we agree, such as Search Console, log samples or a staging environment.
• Ship or schedule agreed changes with your own developers, or tell us if you cannot.
• Do not ask us to buy links, write fake reviews, build doorway pages, or get around legal age or consent requirements.

Confidentiality and access

An NDA is signed before any access or business information changes hands. We use stage and business names only, never name clients publicly without written consent, and give back or delete every login and log sample when work ends. Please create separate, revocable accounts for us. Personal data is handled as set out in our privacy policy.

Ownership

Reports, rules documents, tickets and copy we produce for you become yours once paid for. Our general methods, tools and templates remain ours.

Ending early

We may stop immediately if we have reasonable grounds to believe a performer is under 18 or did not consent, if we are asked to break the law or search engine spam policies, or if invoices stay unpaid after a reminder. Otherwise we give at least one month's notice.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue or rankings. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Law and changes

The law of England and Wales governs these terms, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes. We may revise these terms; the version published on the date you accept a quote applies to that engagement.
