Privacy policy

CamReachLab needs very little personal data to do its work, and this page lists all of it: what arrives, what it is used for, who else touches it, when it is deleted and what you can ask us to do with it.

The controller

CamReachLab is a trading brand of Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India, which decides how the data described here is used. Questions or requests go through the contact form or to @eseoagency on Telegram.

Data we receive

  • Audit requests: the name you choose to give (a stage or business name works), your email address, domain, type of business, approximate page count and your message.
  • Telegram: your Telegram handle and the messages you send.
  • Client projects: business contact details, the access you grant (such as Search Console or a staging site), server log samples, and billing records.
  • Hosting logs: technical request data such as IP address, user agent and pages requested, used for security.

We never ask for performers' legal names, identity documents or verification records, or for data about your members. If any arrives by mistake, we delete it.

Purposes and legal grounds

  • Answering your request and preparing the free audit, at your request and before any contract.
  • Carrying out paid work and invoicing it, to perform our contract, plus keeping the records tax law requires.
  • Protecting the site and the contact form from abuse, as a legitimate interest we share with you.

Server log samples you send us are used only to analyze how crawlers use your site. They are stored securely and deleted when the project ends.

Cookies and tracking

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used here. The contact page sets a single session cookie that protects the form from forged submissions and expires when your browser closes. Any change to that would be listed here first, with consent requested where required.

Processors and other recipients

Our web host, our email provider and, if you choose it, Telegram. They handle data on our behalf or under their own terms. Client names and enquiries are never published, sold or passed to third parties unless a law requires it.

International transfers

We operate from India, and our providers may store data in other countries, so information you send is likely to be processed outside your own. Where UK or EU data protection law applies to that transfer, we use the safeguards those laws provide, and we will explain them on request.

Retention

  • Audit requests that do not become projects: deleted within 12 months.
  • Log samples and access: removed or returned when a project ends.
  • Contracts and invoices: kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how it is used, and receive it in a portable format. This applies under the UK and EU GDPR, and similar rights exist under several US state laws. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. Send any request through the contact form or on Telegram; we may need to confirm your identity, and we answer within one month.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK or the supervisory authority in your EU country. We would be glad of the chance to fix a problem first.
